In addition, MOCA will share aggregated User information and Traffic Data with specific third parties, including but not limited to: advertisers, investors and content distributors. Except as set forth below, at no time will any personally identifiable information be shared with any third party by MOCA. Your IP address is not directly associated with personally identifiable information, it is utilized to collect broad demographic data and monitor statistics aimed at enhancing the Service. MOCA employs Registration Data to communicate essential information about the Service and to address inquiries from Users.  User Content is utilized to provide the Service, such as sharing it with authorized Users.)
