MOCA Services provides guidance, oversight, and coordination for a variety of corporate clients to ensure quality, on time, and on budget project delivery. On our commercial projects, MOCA Services facilities regular meetings and reports to keep all stakeholders informed of the project status and progress. Our team also assists with project close-out activities, such as punch list completion, warranty management, final payments, and occupancy permits.
