Alamo Colleges District
In May 2017, the Alamo Colleges District (ACD) Bexar County voters authorized issuance of the 2017 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for $500M to design and construct, renovate, improve, acquire, and equip new facilities for the district.
In 2019, ACD selected MOCA Services as the Owner’s Representative for the design and construction of the CIP. MOCA Services is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, construction, and post-construction of the 15 architects, 10 construction managers at risk, specialized vendors, and a program management team for the five colleges and workforce education and training centers.
