Value Added
MOCA Services has provided quality cost engineering services to the Mobile District and South Atlantic Division (SAD) since 1998 under our direct Cost Engineering Services IDCs or as a subconsultant to Architect-Engineering firms. We have prepared over 1,170 cost estimates in the Mobile District and SAD Area of Responsibility, so we know the challenging conditions of our client’s region includes hurricanes, humidity, flooding, and expansive soils.
Our knowledge of the impacts of local conditions and unique design requirements comes from preparing cost estimates at every installation within the Mobile Area of Responsibility for the past 20 years. When the design is immature, we anticipate likely design scenarios needed for the final project design solutions.
