Wyoming Capitol Square Historic Renovation and Herschler Building, Cheyenne, WY
Located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the project includes the restoration of the 127-year-old Wyoming State Capitol – a National Historic Landmark, the expansion of the underground Capitol connector containing committee rooms, the rehabilitation of the Herschler Office Building, a new central plant, and a reorganization of the plaza and site elements.
MOCA Services was retained as the Owner’s Representative in July of 2015 at the request of the Capitol Oversight Group for the $300M Wyoming Capitol Square Project. MOCA Services was charged to provide visioning and programming guidance and direction to the project team as directed by the Oversight Group to improve overall communication among stakeholders.
“They [MOCA Services] brought it all together. They showed us where we made mistakes. They showed us the direction forward, how to manage the budget. We wouldn’t be here today without MOCA [Services].”
Matt Mead, Former Wyoming State Governor
