Wyoming State Hospital Behavioral Health Hospital Program
MOCA Services provided Owner’s Representative services to the Department of Health and Wyoming State Legislature for the renovation and expansion of the Wyoming State Hospital in Evanston and for the Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander.
The State Hospital and the Life Resource Center are health care facilities that needed upgrades due to age and capacity issues. In order to help improve efficiency and quality of care, the State Hospital filled the role of a “safety net” with a focus on shorter-term care in conjunction with the Life Resource Center to provide a longer-term facility.
MOCA Services participated in the design, bidding, demolition, and construction phases of the project. During the construction phase, MOCA Services provided an onsite project representative for both project locations in Lander and Evanston, Wyoming.
