U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) – Alaska District
MOCA Services is providing construction scheduling support to the USACE Alaska District under the Walla Walla IDIQ contract. MOCA Services’ scheduling team is providing scheduling support for the U.S. Air Force F-35 construction program for projects located at Fort Wainwright, Eielson AFB, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Clear Air Force Station, Fort Greely, and USACE Civil Works projects in Alaska.
This support includes reviewing and analyzing contractor’s initial and monthly progress cost-loaded schedules. The team of Schedulers and Senior Scheduler are also providing program level schedule reporting and tracking, and time impact and delay claims analysis.
Our schedulers analyze forward-looking TIAs prepared by the construction contractor to assess whether the contractor’s schedule complies with the contract, USACE specification requirements, and with AACE International Recommended Practice. MOCA Services prepares reports for USACE and collaborates with the USACE project team to resolve the time impact issues.
MOCA Services also performs hindsight (forensic) delay analysis for complex delay claims submitted by construction contractors including independent forensic schedule analysis to evaluate whether claims comply with contract and specification requirements, comply with the AACE International Recommended Practice, and reflect what actually occurred on the projects as per project records and documentation. Our schedulers prepare detailed claim review reports of the findings, present the findings to USACE, and provide negotiation support to help USACE project teams resolve the delay claims.
