Featured Projects

Under MSI’s USACE Walla Walla Cost Engineering contract, MOCA Services provided parametric cost estimating support to the USACE Kansas City District and the U.S. Air Force Planning Assistance Team for new B-21 military construction facilities at three major Air Force installations. 

MOCA Systems, Inc. (MSI) led a comprehensive master planning effort for the 570,374 SF F-35 East Side Campus at Hill Air Force Base under the AFCEC AE13DCS West contract. The project included a full range of planning services to support the phased expansion of critical F-35 infrastructure while meeting current UFC and UFGS standards.

MOCA Services provides program support to Fort Riley the through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District. The MOCA Services team provided comprehensive cost estimating support for the Air Traffic Control Tower project at Fort Riley, Kansas, ensuring accurate financial planning throughout the design and construction phases.
