It combines decades of design and construction management expertise, advanced technology, and a proven collaborative process to clearly define the owner’s vision, turn that vision into an achievable plan, and keep projects on track from conception to completion.

Our Project Delivery Framework:
1: Establish a Shared Vision: In an initial visioning workshop, our team listens and captures what is most important to you and formalizes your goals and ideas into guiding principles, guidelines and imperatives.
2: Develop a Comprehensive Implementation Plan: Through programming, planning, and conceptual design work, we formalize your vision into a holistic and actionable plan that establishes a clear framework for the future design and construction teams.
3: Design Scoping Workshops: We host a series of workshops with the Owner, architect, and contractor at the table to collaboratively develop a concept design that is fully aligned to the Comprehensive Implementation Plan, allowing the team to move forward with confidence.
4: Design and Construction Management: We actively manage the design and construction teams to continuously align the project to the established Comprehensive Implementation Plan and ensure the project is delivered to your complete vision and requirements.
Our process is compatible with all delivery methods including CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk), Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Traditional Design-Bid-Build, and P3 Public Private Partnerships.
