MOCA Services specializes in supporting the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and their unique requirements. Our schedulers understand the USACE schedule management process, including requirements for preliminary and Initial (Baseline) schedules, evaluation and approval of field progress, review of draft schedule files, schedule meetings and discussions with the contractor, and progress payment submission requirements.

USACE Specific Scheduling Services Include:

  • Our schedulers review contractor schedules to verify conformance with the USACE specification 01 32 01 00 10 Project Schedule.
  • We review contractor delay analyses and/or prepare an independent analysis and present our findings in a clear, concise deliverable.
  • We participate in resolution meetings to present and explain our findings to the Government and/or contractor as requested.
  • We conduct forensic schedule claims analysis, including expert witness support.
  • We provide customized reporting tailored for each USACE district’s needs and requirements, including custom dashboards, memo reports, detailed analysis, and executive level roll-up reporting.
