Park City School District
MOCA Services partnered with the Park City School District to help deliver a district-wide capital improvement program focused on expanding and modernizing six K-12 schools across the district. Serving as the District’s Owner’s Representative, MOCA Services provided master planning, design management, and construction management services from early planning through project execution.
The program began with a comprehensive master planning effort to identify the evolving needs of students, staff, and school departments while aligning future improvements with the District’s long-term educational goals. The resulting program included multiple school expansions and renovations delivered using a Progressive Design-Build approach.
Projects included expansions at Park City High School, Ecker Hill Middle School, Jeremy Ranch Elementary School, Trailside Elementary School, Parley’s Park Elementary School, and McPolin Elementary School. Together, the projects represented approximately 330,663 square feet of educational space and a combined program value of $126.8 million.
Throughout the program, MOCA Services coordinated with district leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to support planning, design, and construction activities while helping the District maintain alignment between project delivery and educational priorities.
